I’m a natural Curious. I’m curious about new ways of seeing and listening, new ways of thinking, new ways of solving old problems. Technology is my passion; technology not as a goal but as a tool, a tool to improve and change. Curiosity differs for everyone. Some people are finders and connectors. Some people are miners who go deep on a single subject and drill to great depths. Both need the other and benefit from their respective differences. For some people, curiosity is highly relational; for some it’s actionable, and for some it’s conceptual. For me, curiosity is all about living and thriving. Curiosity is always expanding perspectives, sometimes unlearning what you know and learning what you don’t know.
Curiosity sets an example that inspires and engages others by creative thinking, spreads ideas, generates new ideas, and above all generates culture of trust and empathy.

Leadership is striving to become better than we are and helping everything and everyone around us to become better too. Leadership is the art of giving not taking (control).
