In the recent times, I have been trying to talk to the so-called Instagram influencers who try to gratify their followers with exciting content on a daily basis. I was quite shocked to know a few things from them. Revealing quite a few things that I heard from them.

A head turner — Not in a good way

Well, the influencer gets into a mess if he doesn’t try to grind his head into sharing something amaZING. That ZING is what is always expected from him or her. So, what happens next? Pretension comes into picture.

Pretension is the key — All world is a stage you see

They have to pretend that they are doing something amazing and that is how their life is. So sorted, lovely and interesting and have all world’s work on their platters. But the reality is quite sad.

Pseudo Influencer — Guess no one knows he is one

Though he has no content, he has to share anything so that he is still getting followers. He has no option, but wear a hat of an influencer. Phew…

Open to Challenges — Not the KiKi one though

He or she has the social pressure of maintaining the status of an influencer. Pressure of being knocked out or down by new set of influencers every now and then. The competition is quite challenging. But, does content really matter?

Content takes back seat — It is all about quantity not just quality

Finally, more than quality posts, he or she ends up sharing more posts and end up engaging and following some crazy stuff so as to stay strong in the business of getting freebies and free stuff as a XYZ blogger /influencer.

To all the influencers out there, I feel you bruh. Just take a chill pill and opt for a platform that respects your time and efforts. Stay Cushy I say.
