Introducing the My Meeting Video Scheduler for Google Calendar

In this release, we’re launching the My Meeting Video Scheduler Chrome extension to let you easily schedule meetings in Google Calendar.

Schedule one-time-use rooms

If you’d like to have your meeting link to be unique to your meeting, check the ‘Create a one-time-room (Beta)’ option when adding your first meeting

Add the simple meeting link (recommended) or the advanced room info

Use the simple link by clicking ‘Add meeting link’ to make it easy for your guests to join without needing to read a lot of text.

If you’d like to give participants all of their options for joining, you can choose ‘Add advanced room info.’ This will include joining instructions for the browser, Skype for Business, video systems (SIP/H.323), and telephone.

Save your choices so you’re not asked next time

If you’d like to always use the same type of room and the same type of text, select ‘Always use this choice.’ Then you won’t need to select options while creating your meetings in the future. You can always reset this in the extension settings.
