I was going to write an article about menopause today. But then I forgot what I was going to say. No joke!

When I walked the 30 feet to the kitchen, I had no idea why I was there. I stared at the stove like it was a portal to another dimension. Was I supposed to take out the trash? Cut up some fruit? Or should I give the refrigerator an apology for the lack of food currently in it because I keep forgetting to go to the store?
I couldn’t remember.
Moments like these make me feel like something is seriously wrong with me. I have to remind myself this is what it’s like to be menopausal.
