Giant Sets For Insane Bicep Pumps

Try incorporate a lot of giant set training into your program, so:

  • Perform each exercise one after the other as a circuit with no rest
  • All exercises should be performed at 60% of your max weight

SAMPLE ROUTINE:

  • Warm up: Light Ezy Bar Curls 3 x 15 (Focusing on the contraction)
  • Giant Set: 3 Rotations (all exercises below are done consecutively)
  • BB Curls Wide Grip — x12
  • BB Curls Close Grip — x12
  • DB Hammer Curls — 10x10x10 drop set
  • Reverse Cable Curls — x12
  • Supinated DB Curls — 10x10x10 drop set
  • Rope Cable Curls — 10x10x10 drop set
