Try incorporate a lot of giant set training into your program, so:
- Perform each exercise one after the other as a circuit with no rest
- All exercises should be performed at 60% of your max weight
SAMPLE ROUTINE:
- Warm up: Light Ezy Bar Curls 3 x 15 (Focusing on the contraction)
- Giant Set: 3 Rotations (all exercises below are done consecutively)
- BB Curls Wide Grip — x12
- BB Curls Close Grip — x12
- DB Hammer Curls — 10x10x10 drop set
- Reverse Cable Curls — x12
- Supinated DB Curls — 10x10x10 drop set
- Rope Cable Curls — 10x10x10 drop set
