We all have our favourite time to sneak a bikkie or two, but we stop ourselves from that treat because we all know how detrimental eating more than one can be for our goals.

Gluten free, sugar free, this crunchy delight will have you achieving your health and fitness goals whilst not going mad with cravings.

All you need is probably right there in your pantry too.

Cookies are by no means terrible treats, but if you find yourself never leaving the packet with more than 2 left, a healthier alternative might be the thing for you.

Ingredients for this wonderful cookie

  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 2 large tablespoons of cocoa/cacao powder
  • 1 cup of quick oats

Three Ingredient Cookie Instructions

  1. Mash ripe bananas in a bowl
  2. Mix the cocoa/cacao powder and oats together until a cookie dough like batter forms [the mixture will seem dry at first, but it turns into a batter consistency after mixing for a while]
  3. Place about 15 spoonfuls onto a baking sheet
  4. Flatten and shape them with your hands to form cookie shapes [they won’t change shape when baked]
  5. Bake at 160 degrees for 10–15 minutes.
  6. ENJOY!

Best served warm and gooey, but you can also store them in a ziplock bag for later.
