How I start my day!

I like to start my day in a balanced manner, that is a balance of protein, fat and carbs :)
Usually if i’m on the run in the morning (95% of the time, forever snoozing my alarm!) i’ll make a shake. I prefer shakes because i can add a variety of foods to achieve a perfect balance of macro nutrients.
My go to Protein Shake is:
- 30g of oats (carbs)
- 1 scoop of Giant Sports Delicious Protein — Chocolate! (Protein)
- 15g of Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter (Fats)
- 100g of blueberries (carbs)
- A handful of ice
- Optional: 50g Chobani Greek Yogurt (Protein/Carbs)
