Our customers motivate us with their dedication and remarkable transformations. Now, we’re excited to share the stories of some of our wonderful community members, so that they may inspire you too!

I wanted to be the best version of me.

I found my ‘why’ when I hit a size 16–18 with nothing to wear, I hated looking in the mirror and I became a recluse. My husband and I have been together 9 years, married for 3 and a half of those, and the talk of starting a family has been on the cards. I want to give our children the best start in life so I didn’t want to be unfit, unhealthy and obese anymore — I wanted to be the best version of me.

The best part has been falling in love with myself again

Other than losing 18kgs and going from a size 16–18 down to a size 10, the best part has been falling in love with myself again (flaws and all). Being able to look in the mirror and actually love what I see. For many years I struggled with depression and lost touch with who I was. This transformation has helped to heal the mind body and soul, and My Muscle Chef has helped to take the stress out the journey with prep already done each and every week.

Starting was hard, but it became easier each and every day

The hardest thing to conquer initially was my mindset — getting started was the hardest thing for me. But once I had hit that 2 week mark where I was finally in a routine and creating healthy habits, it became easier each and every day. Now, it has become a lifestyle and I live and breathe health and well being.

Everyone deserves happiness

It is surprising just how many people have told me I inspire them each and everyday. I have always wanted to help others achieve their very best but never knew how. My transformation so far has not only helped me, I have helped to lift and motivate so many other people who were once where I was. Everyone deserves happiness, so it is very fulfilling to know I have helped inspire others.

My ultimate goal — compete in my very first bodybuilding competition

My ultimate goal for over 10 years has been to compete in my very first Body Building competition but it always seemed too far out of reach. This time around, I know I have what it takes. I am dedicated, consistent and have the stress free meals prep of My Muscle Chef to get me through comp prep this time. So you will see me on stage for the very first time in Season A next year (if not Season B this year).

Finding My Muscle Chef through the incredible Kate Battersby

The very beautiful and inspiring Kate Battersby is who I credit with getting me on board with My Muscle Chef. For years I have looked up to her in many ways, she is a dedicated hard worker with an amazing figure. I would see her posts of her My Muscle Chef meals on Instagram & Facebook and they always looked amazing! So I thought I would give it a go. I will never turn back now.

I could eat them all, all day everyday

I actually don’t have just 1 favourite My Muscle Chef meal. I could eat them all, all day everyday for the rest of my life (I honestly don’t see myself ever cooking again haha). There is so much variety, and and not a single meal I have disliked in any way.
