It doesn’t take long if you know how to challenge yourself

You loved the 15 minute ab challenge so I’ve started a Summer series on quick workouts you can do anywhere, anytime!

The Southern Hemisphere is more than half way through Winter, which means Summer and the warmer months are not too far away.

I know that people always say “Summer bodies are made in Winter”, but this series is not about that. I don’t want you to feel like you have to change or need to be “Summer ready”, but if you are feeling a little under the weather about your fitness, need a confidence boost or workout shake-up then stick around, because this Summer series is about to get HOT!

Strong & Sexy Summer Series 1: Arms

First up we’re going to target arms. It’s a nice way to start, and the best part about it is you only need 1–2kg dumbbells, or kitchen items like canned goods (easy peasy!).

You can throw in extra weight for a few of these, so be sure to do so if you’re wanting to step it up a notch.

Warm-up

30 second tight arm circles — both sides.

And…Go go go!

  • 30 seconds of push ups — 2 rounds of as many reps as possible, 10 sec break
  • 30 seconds of tricep dips — 2 rounds of as many reps as possible, 10 sec break
  • 30 bicep curls — 10 full curls, 10 half curls, 10 full curls
  • 30 big arm circles (forwards and backwards) — 60 in total.

In 3 minutes or less, you’ll find yourself toning your arms faster than you ever thought possible!

Just keep this up 3 times a week and see the results ready for the warmer months.
