The 15 Minute HIIT Core Workout You Can Do Anywhere

Work abs and burn fat in 15 minutes!

From first glance, you’d expect that a fitness model spends hours and hours in the gym.

This isn’t entirely true — if you’re effective and efficient, you can workout in no time at all AND see results.

Work your hardest, and be surprised what kind of transformation you can make. I am talking about HIIT — the high intensity interval training that so many people harp on about. You know why?

Done right, this type of training will have you burning those extra calories faster than the time it takes to blow dry your hair!

Below is one of my favourite HIIT ab workouts to bust out when I just run out of time to exercise, and want to use the teensy window of time I do have very effectively.

Try to smash out as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes. That’s it. Simple. Push yourself to YOUR limits, and see how far you can go!

The 15 Minute Core HIIT Workout

Sit ups — 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off
Flutter kicks — 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off
Mountain Climbers— 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off
Plank — hold for 1 minute
Bicycle crunch — 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off
Reverse crunch — 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off
Toe touch crunch — 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off [this is the point where my abs really burn!] KEEP GOING!!
Side plank — 30 seconds each side

Now, rest for 1 minute and go again, as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes. Break a sweat guys, feel your abs really work!

The 15 Minute Core HIIT Workout — 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest, repeat for all exercises.

Save this workout, and the next time you want to use it, try to get in more reps than you did last time. Challenge yourself and see how far you can go.

In only 15 minutes, you’ll be well on your way to improving your fitness, and seeing results faster than you can blink.
