The Chef’s summer menu transformation is here with your fave NEW summer meals!

Soy Chicken with Soba Noodles

An Aussie take on classic Japanese flavours, the Chef’s Soy Chicken with Soba Noodles mixes pickled ginger, and lean chicken breast with protein & fibre filled soba noodles for a healthy AND tasty dish that replaces the Chicken Spumante on our menu.

Soy Tofu with Soba Noodles

Who needs meat for a high protein meal? The Chef’s new Soy Tofu with Soba Noodles meal is packed with great tasting plant based protein, along with high fibre soba noodles, which are an excellent source of iron for vegetarians too! This is a fresh veggie replacement for the Vegan Minestrone Soup.

Spaghetti Bolognese

Premium lean Aussie mince and homemade tomato pasta sauce are simple but oh so tasty stars of the Chef’s new Spaghetti Bolognese. One bite, and you’ll forget all about the Lean Beef Meatballs with Spaghetti this meal is replacing.

Coconut Turmeric Fish with Quinoa Brown Rice

The Chef’s new Coconut Turmeric Fish with Quinoa Brown Rice is packed with superfoods like turmeric and ginger which are great for reducing inflammation and improving digestion, plus healthy fats (and extra flavour!) from coconut cream. This meal replaces the Red Thai Curry Perch on the Chef’s menu.

Saffron Chicken with Chickpea Pilaf

A high impact meal with a hearty protein punch, our Saffron Chicken with Chickpea Rice is an exotic, indulgent replacement for the Persian Chicken with Citrus Brown Rice on our menu.

Moroccan Lamb Meatballs with Buckwheat

The freshest summer tastes are found in this Moroccan inspired meal, with tender Aussie lamb meatballs and grilled buckwheat, flavoured with zesty lemon, fresh mint and natural yoghurt. The Chef’s Moroccan Lamb Meatballs will be replacing the Lamb Shepherd’s Stew.

Beef Korma with Brown Rice

Lean beef in a mild, aromatic curry served with a side of brown rice. The Chef’s Beef Korma replaces the Slow Cooked Beef Rogan Josh.
