Ingredients
You’ll need:
Two very ripe bananas, two eggs, and a bit of butter to grease the frying pan.
Directions
- In a bowl, mash your bananas up as much as you like.
- Add your eggs, and mix them up together.
- Heat up a frying pan, add a lil bit of butter or coconut oil & swirl it so the whole pan is lightly covered.
- Spoon your batter into the pan to make 2 or 3 pancakes, use the back of the spoon to smooth them into a circle (or whatever shape you’re into, that’s cool too)
- Flip it and turn off the heat when bubbles start to appear.
- Plate up your pancakes — breakfast is served!
