I think about you
all the ways you don’t care what they think
you never worry about liking yourself, because
you just do
You don’t ruminate about how you present yourself
and the impression that you will make because
you just are
Self-assured in all the ways that are good, that subtle, quiet
kind of way, the no-need-to-reassure-yourself kind of way,
like you don’t feel the need to express it because
it’s just who you are
I always wonder who I could have been if I were
just like you
