San Francisco Association of REALTORS®, BAREIS MLS and BridgeMLS to Share MLS Listing Data Using MyPropertyOffice
For the first time, members within the San Francisco Association of REALTORS® (SFARMLS), BAREIS MLS and BridgeMLS (formerly EBRD) will have shared access to Multiple Listing Service data from their respective databases on a single application.
My PropertyOffice offers real estate agents responsive websites with real time MLS data so their buyers and sellers can make educated decisions about the real estate market.
“MyPropertyOffice is an intelligent app that allows agents and their clients to view properties across multiple MLSs for free,” said Walt Baczkowski, CEO at San Francisco Association of REALTORS®. “Agents in the greater San Francisco Bay area expect access to MLS data without borders. They now have this capability on their own branded MPO websites so they can compete against the likes of Redfin and Zillow.”
“We are excited to bring MyPropertyOffice to our members so they can see San Francisco, North Bay and East Bay data on one map,” said DaVina Lara, CEO of Oakland Berkeley Association of REALTORS®. “No longer are the days of having to login into the Paragon MLS system and then portal into Rapattoni to see another MLS’s data.”
KB Walters, CEO of BAREIS MLS believes “The movement to embrace MLS without Borders is a national topic and BAREIS is breaking down silos and bringing cross-MLS properties together to move our agents’ business forward. We will keep working with MPO to provide cutting edge technology.”
MyPropertyOffice is the perfect tool that leverages the power of Clareity Security’s SSO capabilities, allowing agents to create their own IDX/VOW compliant website within seconds. “We are excited to be working with neighboring MLSs to give their members the latest technology via MyPropertyOffice,” said Brian Young, Sales Representative at Clareity Security.
“Agents can login to their MPO websites from the Clareity Dashboard to get immediate insights into what properties and market reports their clients are looking at.”
“Stay tuned for more exciting announcements from the Bay Area as these MLSs and real estate associations double down on helping their agent members compete online,” states Brad Davis, CTO of MyPropertyOffice.
