Reprogram the mind to overcome fear.

When it comes to self discovery or being our authentic selves, the obstacle that hinders us most is fear. We fear the possibility of failure; we feel what others may say or think about us; and we fear stepping out of our comfort zones (just to name a few). When it comes to fear, there are many forms. So how does one get past fear? Is there a way past fear? The answer is a resounding, YES!

Internationally recognized science leader, Olympia LePoint posits that the brain can be reprogrammed to overcome fear. She devised a three-step method to overcome fear and reprogram the brain.

1. Name and reject your fear.
2. You must reprogram your brain with different thoughts.
3. You must rebuild your brain by taking action.

In other words, call a spade a spade. There are many aspects to fear. For me, one is anxiety. I name it, and reject it. Change the way I think, and take steps to keep my mind changed for the good.
