A must-see is the Palace of the Parliament, the second-largest office building in the world (after the Pentagon). It is a substantial testament to the excesses of Soviet design, and you will feel as though you are tripping through a vast maze of marble and gold. But along with that it has avibrant old town and several; relaxing parks to get away from the crowds and enjoy a little reflection time.
Brasov, an ancient town hidden in the Carpathian Mountains. This gorgeous city seems like it belongs in a fairy tale with its Gothic buildings, tall spires, and cobblestone streets. See the Black Church, the largest Gothic structure in Eastern Europe, while strolling around the ancient neighborhood.
Climb the White Tower’s winding stairs for spectacular city views. If you want to visit the nearby Bran Castle, which is said to have served as the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s Dracula, Brasov is a terrific place to start.

You’ll feel like you’ve stepped straight into a horror movie as you wander through the winding halls and towers of this famous castle.
Next, let’s talk about Peles Castle, one of the most impressive castles in Europe. Located in the Carpathian Mountains, this Neo-Renaissance masterpiece was built for the Romanian royal family in the late 19th century. The castle is a feast for the eyes, with ornate woodcarvings, stained glass windows, and opulent furnishings.
