If you haven't heard, a woman named Denise Prudhomme, 60, was found dead on August 20, 2024, in her cubicle at a Wells Fargo office in Arizona. What is so shocking about her death is that she had clocked into work on a Friday and wasn't discovered until Tuesday.

Her coworkers had reported an unpleasant smell in the office, but no one bothered to investigate what it could be. How is it possible that a person can die at work and still only be acknowledged as just a random employee?

Her name is Denise Prudhomme, but unfortunately, this could have been any of us—our family member, our friend, or our coworker.

I remember having a coworker who passed away. Her family called the company. The company sent a mass text to inform everyone about what had happened.

In the same message, the company focused on covering the deceased coworker's clients because that was the top priority.
