100-word stories

When I attended a virtual version of Digital Pedagogy Lab in 2021, I joined a microstories track. At that time, I created this blog site that includes a series of 100-word stories about different people, places, and issues that would appear in my book (out this August!). Since that process helped me think through the stories in my book project creatively, I thought this would also be an interesting way to work through my time in ELY IX.
I was right.
Each story (this one included) is strictly and exactly 100 words in length — not any shorter or longer.
