In modern world there are countless methods for speeding down the aging process and people are working on completly stopping it but what did the “old” folks do to keep their skin as young as the first day they have been born. Continue reading and you will find out what but before doing that you might want to check out the modern methods of anti-aging here!

Formulas to slow down aging have changed and transformed over the ages. Traditional and modern medicine sought to stop aging with their own methods. There are those who drink placenta, those who consume only purple foods, those who pursue 24 carat gold masks, and those who live with countless medications and creams… As a result, living a very long life with the performance of youth is an attractive goal for almost everyone. And everyone is ready to use their economic power in this regard.
Modern medicine has focused on epigenetics, cellular and molecular research, telomere research and hormonal analysis. Ayurveda came to the fore in traditional medicine.

There are two ancient medical systems that are accepted and respected as medical systems today. These are Ayurvedic medicine and Chinese medicine. While the written history of Western medicine is a few hundred years old, if we exaggerate greatly, the history of Charak Samhita, the oldest written source of Ayurveda that has survived unchanged, is 3000 years old. At the Faculty of Ayurveda Medicine, there is a Department of Rasayana (Anti-aging) instead of the Department of Geriatrics (fighting against old age diseases) in Western medicine. In other words, treatments and applications are carried out systematically with 3 thousand years of experience.

Ayurveda is a very experienced medical system that is known for 5000 years. Its main purpose is to encourage people to live a balanced life and ensure harmony between body, mind and soul. Ayurveda recommends a healthy eating regimen to prevent aging. Fresh, natural and organic foods are preferred in this regime. The properties and production stages of food are very important. Spices, herbal teas, and antioxidant-rich foods may help slow aging. Herbs like Amla (Indian currant), Brahmi, Ashwagandha have antioxidant properties and can help reduce signs of aging. It emphasizes the importance of regularly cleansing the body of toxins. Toxin accumulation can accelerate the aging process. Ayurvedic detox methods are used to cleanse the body and restore balance. Rasayana therapies include herbal supplements and treatment techniques used to support digestion, cleanse the intestines and filter organs, and eliminate toxins from the body. Sleep allows the body to repair itself and can delay aging.

And the last method they use is a bit different than these it has some graphic details so I will suggest you to pass this part if you do not like this or you have soft stomach.

Eating the Placenta

The placenta, which forms as the baby clings to life in the womb, is the source of life that nourishes the baby until it is born. During the process until birth, the baby is fed by the mother through the umbilical cord and placenta. During birth, the body expels the placenta.

That part is eaten after the birth is done, in the belief system they believed it will keep the person young and even right now in modern medicine people try to make suppliments and make it into the marketing.

It is crazy how people still do some if these stuff, if you have anything more in mind please do let me know down bellow.

Sincerely,

Hoping for the clearest skin…
