VLOG #10–12/12/23

I’ve gotten a little behind thanks to the #HolidayTour2023! I’m ok with it as the whole point of having this second chance at life is to enjoy it more and to be present — including spending quality time with family — which we have been doing since November 20th! 😬 We are still on the road and doing a very cool bathroom facelift and DIY kitchen remodel (“We” meaning Amy 😂 — I’m just the help and quality control) for my Mom complete with flooring, painting cabinets and installing new countertops That means the other things like social media, blogging, and classes take a back seat for until we get back home to Colorado. Honestly, I wouldn’t trade what we are doing here for three or ten more blog posts or podcasts because this is what REALLY MATTERS in life! This and keeping my semicolon, “Solinta”, in good working order while on the road (not an easy task)… On to the Poop Hoop! 💩⭕️

We call it the #PoopHoop! 💩😂 Whether you’re young or old, the #HulaHoop makes a great #FitnessTool and it helps keep my #ColonRollin! Watch me demonstrate in this edition of the #MyBadASSLife #VLOG! Then, stay tuned for Doc’s turn! LOL!
