WEEKLY UPDATE [W.13]
It is that day of the week again! Crypto Valley Labs is closed because of Good Friday. All offices are empty and there is no queue at the coffee machine.. The only crypto team working is us. Working hard so lets revise the week!
It is almost time for the AMA . We’ve decided to centralise (pun intended) the information on Reddit in order to save it for later community members. Every month the link to our AMA will be put into Discord #ama channel too. Put your question on the Reddit before the first monday of the month (which means you only have this weekend left). The team will answer all questions within 48 hours. This gives the team some flexibility as we are working in overdrive on CELESTINE (Alpha). We are planning to make it more interactive in the near future by using Discord’s voice channels. If you have a question, put in on the Reddit and we’ll answer it ASAP.
This week we’ve gone through the many CELESTINE applications. We’ve picked a handful of people that were able to convince us with their motivation, holdings and activity in the community. These community members will test the Alpha and provide us with useful “customer” feedback to improve the application. If you applied but weren’t chosen, don’t be disappointed! We are doing a rolling launch which means that along every update more spots are created. If you haven’t registered yet, register now.
Our Meetup is online! If you are in the vicinity of Coinfest/Manchester on the 5th of April, join our MyBit Meetup for some good fun. We are looking forward to a cheerful night with people who share the same passion for crypto/IoT/MyBit. Everyone is welcome but be quick, we only have limited seats. First pint is on us!
Talking about Meetups.. The second meetup is already in the books! Our CEO will personally host a meetup in New York City. The exact time, date (in May) and location will be given in the coming week(s) but you can already join the conversation in our NY Meetup Discord channel.
Another journalist at our doorstep this week. She did an interview with us about MyBit, our position within Crypto valley labs and our vision of the future. It is fun to talk to people who aren’t aware what is going on in the crypto-(uni)verse. Her eyes literally got bigger and bigger when we explained all the possibilties blockchain technology offers. We will await the article and of course share it with you when it comes out.
The branding itself is finalised and is being translated to a completely new brand presentation (which includes website). We are in love with the end result and can’t wait to showcase the future of MyBit. Ash just made some awesome (!) Macbook/Laptop stickers and T-shirts. We will give away some to die-hard MyBit fans after the brand launch although we might slip some at Coinfest.. The question we want to ask you is the following: Showcase the branding with the new website/Alpha or showcase it before. What do like? #co-create
