Resumption of Sales of Common Heroes
We have reached a milestone with the release of all the original heroes along with the inclusion of John L. Sullivan’s illustrated book, which was announced in the previous roadmap.
In the roadmap, we had also informed you that we would be releasing Common Hero after reviewing the settings, etc., as it will be re-released (although there will no longer be a hero sale above Uncommon, except for the opportunity for collaboration).
Since the concept of Common Hero was to provide an original hero experience for many users, we have made the following changes and are now resuming the sale.
Common Hero is positioned as an introductory asset, so it has less utility than Uncommon and above in terms of mining, duels, and other content.
The future implementation will be focused on Uncommon and above, and Common will be designed to have a reasonable level of utility.
What has not changed from previous years
- Sale period will be based on 4 weeks (to be revisited depending on demand/supply and changes in user numbers)
- Common Hero only: here will be several resales until the maximum number of issues reaches 2,400.
Changes at this time
- Change of start and end time.
- First session starts at 70% of the previous uncommon price (330 GUM)
- Thereafter, the price will start at the same price as the last sale price of the same kind of heroes in the previous.
- The lower limit price will be 70% of the highest selling price during the same sale period -> 30%.
- 110% of the number of heroes that were sold in the previous sale of the same kind of heroes as the number of stock will be issued in one sale period.
- We will consider the next sale while watching the balance of initial sales and receipts.
In the future, we plan to rotate the sales of each type, with one common sale as the basis and the start of a different type of sale two weeks apart.
About Cp distribution
We decided to finish the Cp distribution for Hero Sale because purchasing Hero is just trade between GUM and Hero, not the GUM burn.
Because some users have already made GUM purchases, we are considering a policy of not granting Cp for the Hero Sale after May.
