Announcing the Establishment of MCH Co., Ltd.
Greetings! My name is Toshihito Wakao, and I will be the CEO of MCH Co., Ltd., a company newly-established with support by double jump.tokyo Inc. (DJT) to take My Crypto Heroes to its next stage of development. For more information on our incorporation and the background, please see the official announcement from Mr. Ueno, DJT’s CEO.
This will overlap with some of the official announcement, but I’d like to take this opportunity to briefly explain MCH Co., Ltd.’s businesses.
MCH Co., Ltd. will proactively support projects that are considering the introduction of Fungible Tokens (FTs), based on the development, issuance and results of operating FTs in My Crypto Heroes. The new company will continue to operate the My Crypto Heroes business and the MCH Coin and take over all My Crypto Heroes assets from DJT as of January 31, 2021.
Moving forward, we will promote the future development of My Crypto Heroes and other FT business by establishing a new company overseas and moving these businesses to such entity, after having first determined the most appropriate location for this new company.
By establishing a new company outside of Japan, we plan to proactively work on and cooperate with projects outside of Japan, including the promotion of listing the MCH Coin on crypto asset exchanges. (MCH Co., Ltd. has been established as a Japanese company at first, but will ultimately become a subsidiary of a, to be founded, non-Japanese company.)
At this time, we have decided to have Mr. Ozawa of CryptoGames, Inc. as a Director, and Ms. Mai Fujimoto and Mr. Benjamin Rameau as advisors, join with me, as the producer of My Crypto Heroes, to accelerate the projects related to FTs. Mr. Ozawa will be responsible for the FT business. Ms. Fujimoto we invited to join based on her knowledge from her diverse advisory experience and her ability to build connections with experts overseas and in Japan. Mr. Rameau we invited to join based on his track record with FT businesses directed at markets outside Japan as an advisor for FTs used in games and exchanges overseas. MCH Co., Ltd. will continue to actively consider the expansion of its domestic and international partner and advisory structure.
The incorporation of MCH Co., Ltd. does not affect My Crypto Heroes’ roadmap. We will continue to work with DJT and maintain the same allocation of resources as before, including the My Crypto Heroes’ developers / engineers.
Both DJT and MCH Co., Ltd. will work as partners to support other projects, utilizing their respective know-how and expertise, in the FT business as well.
As a result, the originally announced ‘development and operations’ allocation of the MCH Coin will be re-evaluated from scratch. We have reached an agreement with DJT and its existing shareholders to apply these toward operations and development further ahead in the future. However, please rest assured that there is no change in the user allocations that have been announced to date.
Together with DJT, the entire My Crypto Heroes team continues to remain fully committed to building an ecosystem that draws the outside world in on a large scale, starting with FTs.

My Crypto Heroes has provided a service that users can enjoy, notwithstanding the difficult legal regulations and technical limitations in Japan, where the relevant regulations are not at all loose, as a blockchain game, and has even made a name for itself around the world. I look forward to helping the brand to expand internationally and to assist the team with their ERC20 tokenization efforts.
