We recently announced our listing on the UK government’s G-Cloud 9 platform for digital services. As we explained, this time around we overhauled our portfolio — based on needs we encountered in the field — to seven core services, each consisting of three parts: discovery / accelerator workshops, the main package, and varying payment models for annual support designed to suit different sizes and setups of organisations.
In this post, we’ll put the spotlight on some of our evolved and different services, to help eligible organisations choose where to start with the Mydex Platform on G-Cloud.

What’s in the box?
The GDPR, compulsory from May 2018, requires new levels of support for transparency, informed consent, and data portability, on-going access to personal data, information about its use and sharing with third parties. We address these requirements in one simple set of API services that can be integrated into existing environments.
The components of the Mydex Platform are GDPR-compliant. Our services, which can connect to legacy systems, current systems or be built into new service offerings, enable an easier, cheaper and safer transition into interaction with personal data post-implementation of GDPR. Accelerate
When it comes to compliance and data, it can be difficult to choose where to start. Our GDPR compliance package accelerator — like our other accelerator packages — is a series of training sessions, workshops and support services to accelerate adoption and assist organisations in the planning, prioritisation, implementation and ongoing support of the package. This will get you out of the starting gate, crystallise your needs and make the implementation of GDPR-compliant processes and components faster and easier.
Cluster Collaboration Platform
Often, organisations in the same local area work together to provide services to an individual. These organisations might be from different sectors, different regulatory environments, and of different sizes. To get the best outcomes for the individuals they are working for, journeys should be convenient, low in effort and easy to manage. Data needs to be able to flow seamlessly to make sure it gets where it needs to be, when it needs to be there. Security is paramount, and intervention timely. If this can be achieved, services become more effective, and everyone involved benefits.
The Cluster Collaboration Platform offered by Mydex enables groups of organisations like these to offer joined-up, secure and effective services at a lower cost, with faster implementation. The Platform enables:

Collaborate for better outcomes

All organisations have access to support during the transformation programme, including identifying the scope of single sign-on in a cluster of systems, signposting to the right resources, and skills transfer to local teams within the cluster.

Identity as a Service
As a wide range of systems, software and people are combined to work together in any number of scenarios, the demand for streamlined, secure and reliable authentication is growing. The Mydex Identity as a Service is extensible to support a range of multi-factor authentication mechanisms, profile management, identity assurance and age verification to meet diverse needs.
Consent Management
Meeting Data Protection compliance regulation, including GDPR, requires informed consent by individuals for the use and sharing of their data. The Mydex Consent Management package enables organisations to integrate seamless consent journeys into existing services, uniquely equipping the individual with a consent management dashboard for the use of personal data across any sector.
Personal Data Stores

It provides confirmed delivery of verified documents and up-to-date, authoritative proof of claims, status and entitlement.
