Mario played for one of the weakest teams in the tournament yet showed a strong game. He is among the World Cup Best XI players. Mario had scored 1 goal, created 1 assist; on average he managed 2.2 tackles, 1.6 interceptions and 4 clearances per game and got rating 7.42.
3. Central Defender — Yerry Mina
Despite the fact that Colombia failed at the World Cup, Mina was the best player of this national squad. He had scored 3 goals, an unreal result for a central defender. Yerry also didn’t forget about defense, on average he did 1.3 tackles, 1 interception and 7 clearances per game and got rating — 8.35.
4. Central Defender — Domagoj Vida
It is hard to choose the second central defender because there were a lot of really good defenders at the World Cup, but MyDFS chooses Domagoj Vida for his intransigence and dedication, despite the fact that he had a bad club season. 5. Left Defender — Lucas Hernández

Antoine is the best French player. He had scored 4 goals and created 2 assists. He had received the adidas Bronze Ball and the adidas Silver Boot. The best performance by a France player since the World Cup 1958.
9. Right Forward — Kylian Mbappé
Mbappé is the best young player of the World Cup, he had scored 4 goals and got rating 7.75. After this tournament we can state with confidence that Kylian can pretend to be the best player in the world as he has everything to achieve this target.
10. Left Forward — Eden Hazard
Eden had a significant performance at this World Cup and proved that he is a real leader of his national squad. Hazard had scored 3 goals, created 2 assists and got the highest rating — 8.53. Probably if Belgium played in the final match, Eden would have received the golden ball.
11. Striker — Mario Mandžukić
A lot of people won’t agree with this choice and say that Harry Kane is the best striker, but MyDFS has a different opinion. Kane had scored 6 goals but failed two the most important games with Croatia and Belgium, while Mandžukić gave Croatia a chance to play in the final match. Mario had scored 3 goals, created 1 assist and was a real fighter like all his national team.
