With professional stylists straight out of global institutions like L’oreal, Jo Hansford and Toni & Guy, Bubbles Salon passionately creates styles and looks to die for. Known for pampering their customers, Bubbles is a chain of premium spas and salons, peppered across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Its Founder, Shashank Kancharla built a strong foundation for the business with his passion for technology.

They make sure your hair receives the best care possible, with high end products and luxury range of services. And perhaps this is the chief reason behind their huge fanbase.

But when you have a chain of outlets to manage, it can be difficult to personally keep in touch with your customers, let alone acquire and retain them.

Bubbles previously had only an in-house membership program. But there was no way to engage their valuable customers or map the members’ behaviour.

So what did they need? A system that worked for them, didn’t require a huge time investment, and grew with them.
