The latest updates include -
1. Bulk SMS on Business App
Now, send customized and tailor-made campaigns to your customers in bulk, making the process much faster. Leverage in more and more customers by enhancing the overall campaign experience.
2. Email Campaign Integration
Our list of integrations previously included running personalized campaigns through SMS, Push Notifications and Whatsapp. Email campaign integration is now a comprehensive part of our list of campaign integrations with which you can target a much wider and diversified range of clients with creative templates.
3. Campaign Revenue Report Dashboard
The admin dashboard is now equipped with an additional screen that supports the Campaign Revenue Reports sent out to clients on a weekly/monthly basis. With this feature, track down the detailed breakup of Revenue generated from targeted customers showing the number of bills and visits in a specific date range. Also, an additional tab called the “Campaign list” has been integrated to find the number of campaigns that have been run in the lookup period.
4. Facebook Campaign Integration
Facebook campaigns can be run to target customers on social media using their phone numbers. The clients can use their full database, use any RFM segment or any multi-insight to target customers and display Ads on their respective newsfeed.
