Q.1 Tell us more about your Role and Background -

Hey everyone, this is Rohit Ghosal. I genuinely do not like talking about myself xD but the HR left me in a fix! I have been working here as a Business Development Associate. However, to be completely honest, I am that one guy who travels a lot to different cities in the country, meets random strangers and boasts about what we are doing at eWards and tries to get them on board for the company. That’s it, nothing more nothing less!

Also, as Nik mentions most of the time, apart from this, I also take an active part in building the culture of the company by chilling with everyone! I graduated from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata in 2019, but I have been working here since 2018. I love to hustle and take up challenges, and I guess this was ingrained in me since I loved to participate in Business & College fests. Also, I am very competitive and aggressive while playing sports, something that many people have noticed at EPL.

Q.2 How long have You been working in this organization?

This is my second innings in the company. Previously, I worked with Social Neeti for 2 years and now, in my second innings with eWards, I have already completed 1 year here. This place is literally my second home as I spend most of my time in a day here. Even when I was not working here for a year, I would still meet my friends from this place, chill with them and participate in some of the events that the company organized. I have legit seen myself grow up in this place since I joined this company as an intern in my 3rd Year of college. And, this company will always be a strong emotion for me. My journey in this company will surely be the highlight and the most memorable thing in my career!

Q3. What would be your suggestion to all the new Joinees in the Company? Also, what is Your take on the kind of personality trait that thrives the most in the Company?

Whenever I pitch to potential clients or talk to my friends who are not from this company, I always talk about how eWards helps businesses to grow and scale up, and how we flamboyantly guarantee a minimum of 20x returns on their investments. Similarly, my suggestion to all the new joinees will be that if you give your 100% effort to this company, you are bound to see 2000% returns on your CV. Over the years, I have seen others and myself grow in this organization and upskill our knowledge and skill sets. Our mentors, Abhishek Sir and Swarna Ma’am provide innumerable opportunities to all the team members, and if you can capitalize on the same, it could be the best thing that could ever happen to You!

Finally, it is difficult to comment on the kind of personality trait that thrives the most in the company. However, if anybody would like to take my honest suggestion, only those who like to provide their 100% effort, love what they are doing, love the organization where they are working and have the hunger and zeal to take up more work and be motivated to help yourself and others around you at the same time, truly thrive the most in the company.

Q.4 What do You like the most about working in this Company?

This is the most difficult thing to answer, to be very honest. Words will really not suffice what I like the most about this company. Be it the people that I am working with, the product or services that we offer or the culture that we offer here, the feeling of being a part of this company is unparalleled! Back in my convent school days, our Father would ask us to pray in the morning and remind us to say out loud what we are grateful for. I am grateful that Sir and Ma’am provided me with an opportunity at this place, and that my colleagues were warm enough to welcome me into this culture. I hope that I can give my 100%, every day without thinking twice about what motivates me to be a part of this company!

We often say that a Loyalty Program helps brands to induce loyalty in their customers, but I know that I will never need a Loyalty and Rewards Program at this company to make me a Loyalist!
