As humans, we have a basic need to express ourselves. We are not meant to bottle shit inside. But fear and conditioning have prevented that.

So we supress our truth and how we feel until we do things we regret. And hurt other people.

Expressing your feelings doesn’t mean you’re weak.

It means you’re alive.

If you can’t do it for you.

Do it for others.

I created this new publication as a way to vent and share stories.

Once I add you as a writer, here are the steps.

Write a story as you normally would on your Medium.

  1. Click the … icon.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Choose the target publication — myfuckingfeelings.

A few quick things.

Every article must have a photo or it will not be pubished.

Every article must be longer than a two minute read. Please put some thought into your post.

And finally, yes you are expressing yourself. But you are also impacting others so don’t just complain about how much you hate your life. Tell us your revelations. We can learn from your story and relate to what you’re feeling.
