1. How to view the receipt address of all public chains in MYKEY?
You can click and switch to view the receipt address from [Assets] > [Receive] in MYKEY.

2. How to send transactions or transfer?
Enter [Assets] > [Send] > [To Account], select the token and fill in the recipient account and the amount to operate, or select [Scan] to transfer.

3. Is the memo or remark required when transferring from the Exchange to MYKEY?
No need.

4. What to do if the ETH transaction fails to send and is pending for a long time?
If the transaction is pending for a long time, you can choose to speed up or cancel the transaction. (PS: Network Fee is required when canceling the transaction.)
