eLVy The God is a cut above the rest in his latest album
“Above Average” is eLVy The God’s (twitter | instagram) third release since he broke out into the industry with his hit street single “Rolling Stone”. This Chicago native collaborates with Aquality, Sirphaded, PR, Meysha, LosoThaBeatMaker, and Oizdatu for production.
Before the official drop of this album, eLVy The God teases fans with teaser Instagram posts. His first post, dated July 7, is a mysterious video that cuts to different scenes and ends with the album cover of “Above Average.”
His next photo, posted on July 18, drops the complete tracklist of “Above Average.”
And after more than a week of cryptic posts, he lets the world know that “Above Average” has finally been released on a post dated July 17.
As an added bonus, eLVy The God gives us more and releases the official music video of “See Red” the same day the album dropped. Check out this video released under WorldstarHipHop below.
While the video has been getting mixed reviews, and I’ll leave this open for your interpretation, the flows are smooth and the chorus is memorable.

It may have been almost a year since this song dropped, but “Rolling Stone” is still a banger, opening with powerful lyrics that gives us a glimpse into eLVy The God’s life.
