Gunna’s back with “Drip Season 3”
“Drip Season 3”, the third installment of Gunna’s Drip Season series, was released back in February 2018. The album features special appearances from guest artists Hoodrich Pablo Juan, Lil Uzi Vert, Young Jordan, Young Thug, Lil Durk, NAV, Metro Boomin, Lil Baby, and Lil Yachty. Tracks in the album were produced by Metro Boomin, Wheezy, Turbo, Kacey Khaliel, Richie Souf and London on da Track, among others.
On November 30, 2017, Gunna released the EP “Drip or Drown” as a prelude and a teaser to the mixtape.
In a Billboard article, Gunna explained the background of the mixtape, “I put a lot of work for DS3. It’s going to be one of my best projects yet! It’s got a mix of all my sounds plus some of the new drip I’ve been working on. I know my fans are gonna love it!” You can read the whole article here.
