We’re thrilled to announce a significant milestone for the Myria ecosystem with the release of ERC-20 token support. Developers and users will both benefit from this update, which enhances the functionality and accessibility of Myria’s Layer 2 network. ERC-20 Token Support for Developers
Myria’s core infrastructure is already in place and we are now ready to better assist developers who reach out to us. With added support for ERC-20 tokens, developers can start integrating and testing their tokens ahead of their launch.
Benefits for Game Developers:
- Seamless Transactions: By registering and whitelisting your ERC-20 token on Myria’s layer 2, your token can be deposited into Myria’s layer 2, transferred without any gas fees between L2 wallets, and withdrawn to the Ethereum mainnet.
- High Speed and Volume: Take advantage of Myria’s high-speed and high-volume layer 2 network to quickly transfer ERC-20 tokens.
- Rewards: Leverage Myria’s infrastructure to reward users with ERC-20 tokens without the wait times and gas fees of the Ethereum mainnet.

ERC-20 Token Support for Users
But that’s not all. For Myria community members, we are working on an enhanced user experience for managing ERC-20 tokens. This new feature will allow users to add and interact with ERC-20 tokens within their wallets.
What’s Coming:
- User Interface Enhancements: The UX for adding new tokens to your wallet is under development and is expected to be completed after August.
- Token Management Features: Once a developer launches their ERC-20 token on Myria, users will be able to whitelist the developer’s contract address in their Myria Wallet. This will unlock the ability to deposit, withdraw, and transfer tokens, as well as view balances and interaction history.
We believe these updates will significantly enhance the functionality and the user experience on Myria, making it a preferred choice for developers and users alike.
Future Developments
Looking ahead, Myria is planning to support Layer 2 minting and marketplace ordering via developers’ whitelisted ERC-20 tokens. This will further expand the benefits of building on Myria.
