Do we REALLY know the differences and which products should see sun light and which one shouldn’t. For more detailed post on skincare you can check my other posts such as this one and for the skincare part you can check this site as well!

Step into Beauty Sleep

Leaving aside the tiredness and stress of the day, creating a night skin care routine is an important part of stepping into a healthy, young and bright skin. During the night, the skin renews and repairs itself, so you can give your skin the best care by choosing the right products and steps.

1) Makeup Removal and First Cleansing:

The day’s makeup and dirt can damage your skin. The first step in your night routine is to remove your makeup and any dirt that has accumulated throughout the day with a gentle makeup remover. A mild cleansing milk or oil-based cleanser will gently cleanse your skin, helping it breathe.

2) Second Cleaning:

After the initial cleansing step, use a facial cleansing gel or foam to thoroughly cleanse your skin. This unclogs pores, adding a second layer of cleansing by balancing oil and refreshing skin.

3) Tonic Usage:

Tonic regulates the pH balance of the skin and restores moisture to the skin after cleansing. Soothe and prepare your skin by choosing a gentle, alcohol-free toner.

4) Skin Care Products:

The basic skin care products you should use in your night routine include serums, moisturizers and special treatment products.

  • Serums: You can choose a serum suitable for your skin, especially those with antioxidant content. Serums that even out skin tone, reduce wrinkles or remove blemishes are among the examples you can add to your night routine.
  • Moisturizers: Night moisturizer helps the skin regain the moisture it lost during the night. Moisturizers containing hyaluronic acid deeply moisturize the skin and give it a plump appearance.
  • Special Treatment Products: You can also use products for special skin problems such as acne, blemishes or wrinkles in your night routine.

5) Eye Contour Care:

Since the skin around the eyes is thin and sensitive, it is important to use a special eye cream. Eye cream can reduce dark circles, alleviate puffiness, and fight fine lines.

6) Sleeping Masks and Extra Care:

A few times a week, you can give your skin a deeply nourishing treatment using a special sleeping mask or extra care products. These products provide the special care your skin needs throughout the night.

Night routine is an important step to renew and rejuvenate your skin. By following these steps, nourishing and resting your skin with the right products, you can wake up to fresh and vibrant skin in the morning. Choosing products suitable for your skin type and regularly applying your night routine is an important investment for healthy skin in the long term.

And this will keep your skin healthy and clean and to be exact just in case please do not use care products such as, vitamin C in the daylight! Other than that go off and drift to your beauty sleep!

Sincerely,

Hoping for the cleanest skin…
