During my 7 years as a spiritual coach, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with numerous generational cycle breakers. They have a deep understanding of the important mission they’ve been given.

Not a single one of them was completely unaware of their purpose as a cycle breaker. Many of them have always had an intuitive sense that they’re here on Earth for something bigger. Their innate knowing drives them to challenge the negative patterns within their family and champion the positive ones.

A generational cycle refers to patterns that are passed down from one generation to another in a family, such as behaviors, beliefs, and experiences. These patterns can be related to many aspects of life, like how people interact, cultural customs, or even emotional and psychological tendencies. They can also include negative behaviors, such as substance abuse, unhealthy relationship dynamics, or patterns of emotional or physical abuse.

A generational cycle breaker is someone who recognizes these patterns within the family line and actively works to disrupt or change them. They are determined to break free from negative or limiting cycles that have been passed…
