  • According to NPD Group, the self-help industry has exploded in recent years by 11% from 2013 to 2019, with U.S. sales of self-help books growing annually up to 18.6 million volumes.
  • With the personal development industry slowly but steadily growing, the self-improvement market is expected to rise to $14 billion by 2025.

Done? What do you think makes these stats what they are? It’s very simple: People seek solutions for what they believe they’re not, which we call self-improvement. I have had my fair share of it, and I believe the same is you. And it’s because of what we think we must do to improve ourselves.
