Not Every Spiritual Journey Leads to a Prophetic Vision

But every spiritual journey will make more substantial connections for the common good

Everyone who seeks clarity begins their journey as a novice. We know something is missing in our life. A hole in our hearts or a gap in our knowledge needs to be filled.

That journey can take several forms. Every form seeks to provide consciousness to the individual, a connection to something more significant, a sense of belonging that brings peace beyond understanding.

These many forms of the journey speak differently to each person. What people hope to achieve during spiritual journeys differs from culture to culture. Spiritual forms can be religious or secular, and the best are both. Some people may only be interested in mystical experiences as a means of performing magic.

I have always been fascinated with the supernatural. Reading fantasy and science fiction created a curiosity I wanted to pursue. As I have traveled deeper into my Spiritual Journey, I have realized that I must be careful about dabbling in the darker forms. Some of them are manipulative and foreboding.

I have always had a fear of the darker paths. I don’t know if that is a natural fear or one guided by a higher spirit.
