Fifth Dimension Checklist
Doing these things will be sure to help you get there
The fifth dimension is a higher frequency of love, light, peace, compassion, and that which is centered on spirit. It is a zen state of being where you are in a peaceful, tranquil state, and you are content to just be without judgment.
Being in 5D is in stark contrast to the frequency of the third dimension, or 3D. 3D is a lower frequency that is a more worldly, self-centered, self-focused, and physically focused state.
The fifth dimension is the higher frequency that we should all aspire to. It is the frequency where our souls are at the height of ascension.
The following are tips to help you ascend into the fifth dimension:
- Meditate often to clear blockages and lift your vibration.
- Work on truly loving yourself and being able to see and know your true value and worth.
- Recite self-love and self-worth affirmations daily.
- Work on forgiving yourself for past mistakes and work to heal past emotional trauma. This can be done through meditation, workbooks, self-love exercises, or therapy.
