An optimistic person tends to anticipate the best possible outcome in any situation. Even in less than great situations, there’s a way to find something positive. Optimism can greatly affect not only our way of thinking, but also our entire way of life.

When we smile we are creating a happy, stimulating environment around us that draws others in. Frowning, on the other hand, shuts people out and has the opposite effect. Happiness, even in brief doses, releases Serotonin (the happy hormone). It makes the toughest days surmountable.

Optimism is infectious. Showing positivity and compassion in your interaction with others not only benefits you, it can create a “ripple effect” where others are encouraged to be positive towards even more people.

It may seem like a wilderness, or a no man’s land, where you are right now; but when you realize that God is there with you, it takes the pain out of the journey and replaces the unsure feeling with positive expectancy of good. Be optimistic and filled with Positive Christianity thought. Don’t become alarmed or fearful because of any condition, circumstance, or adverse report that may come to your attention. Know that only good is coming to pass in your life. ~ Christopher Ian Chenoweth ~

What is the greatest fact in the whole world? It is simply this: We are not alone. It is the single most important, essential, fundamental fact. So, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because…the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you” (Deuteronomy 31:6). ~
