We all have been there, when our light has been a mere flicker, we think of the moments in our lives when someone else ignited our spirit. It helps us see how we can do the same for another. Actions can lead to positive results. We all have the power to light a flame in another person through our energy, words and actions. Rekindling, sparking and lighting the flame within are actions that we can all take to inspire one another. Giving and adding to another’s spirit is a way of keeping our own flame lit from within. We can make dreams become realities when there is enough excitement tied to them.
Our emotions have energy and our big emotions have big energy. We should accept emotions as they happen and be able to stand back and let the emotional energy move on through. Our minds and bodies should be refreshed, renewed and ready to accept opportunities that are coming our way. Every emotion that we have carries with it, energies of love, appreciation, joy and gratitude. In reality, every life situation is pure grace and is the manifestation of the one truth, in spiritualism.
Ignite your flame. Love is the antidote to fear. Appreciate the blessings in your life and express gratitude for anything and everything. Allow your thoughts to be positive ones, and let them eliminate your stress and your fears. Look for the positive in every situation. Change the way you see things. Make a commitment to help someone everyday. Good things happen when you make a positive impact on people’s lives.
