Listening to Our Soul

The soul speaks in mysterious ways. It’s persistent when we’re not paying attention. It will appear in dreams if our conscious mind is resisting its presence. We can build a better relationship with our soul through stillness, meditation, spending time in nature, being open-hearted and authentic, and doing more things that we love. We can recognize our soul as it is our quiet voice of wisdom telling us to take things more slowly,
