If you’re worrying about the past, you can’t do anything about it, it’s gone. If you’re stressing about the future, you’re living somewhere that doesn’t exist. It hasn’t happened yet. If you want to change your life, the only place you can do it is in the present. But first you need to accept life as it is. We can only live, for today, in the now, for we only have today.
