RISING ABOVE FEAR
I accept that most of my fears only exist in a fictitious future that I have created in my imagination. You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along. You must do the thing you think you cannot do. ~~ Eleanor Roosevelt ~
Fear is all about thoughts, and what you are thinking and portraying to your brain. How you think about something will make it either scary or not. Things that we worry about and fear usually do not come true, it is just the accumulating of negative thoughts in our mind that cause it to snowball into a huge issue. All the time you spend on worrying and fearing for something that most probably will not happen, is actually wasted. Live responsibly in the now, enjoy the day and let tomorrow take care of itself.
