Christianity has a lot of scripture, acts, and practices that are questioned by the majority of the population. In historical context, Christianity used to be the biggest religion worldwide, but it has fallen off. Here is a list of some of the reasons Christianity is questioned:
- Descent into the Underworld
- Accounts of a dying-and-rising God
- Flood over the whole earth
- Stories about great heroes
- Contradicting verses
The questions are good! It means that you are interested in learning more and you are actively seeking knowledge of something grander than you.
I encourage you to go to a local church and ask the pastor for some guidance since they have devoted their lives to the religion. Stear away from Google or online sources that aren’t credible. If you want to do research, look in the Bible itself.
