Introducing our Self Service portal

We’re excited to announce the Self Service portal, now available on all non-VPS wikis.

With the Self Service portal, you’ll be able to perform tasks once only our support team could perform for you. Now you can perform them at a click of a button. You can access the Self Service portal by going to https://selfservice.mywikis.net/portal.php. To access your wiki’s Self Service feature, visit the Special:SelfService page on your wiki.

As of March 2021, the Self Service portal gives you the ability to immediately and automatically reset user passwords, add extensions and skins, and more.

At the moment, the on-wiki Self Service page has launched with a refresh wiki feature (also available on your wiki’s Special:RefreshWiki page). This allows you to refresh categories, update maintenance reports, and run your wiki’s job queue automatically.
