🛰 ISAM UK Conference — Shaping the Future of Orbital Infrastructure

🗓 4–5 June | 📍 Belfast, Northern Ireland

It’s the second year of the UK’s dedicated event on In-Space Servicing, Assembly & Manufacturing (ISAM), I’ll be presenting: “Shaping Space Policy: Academia’s Role Through the Space Academic Network (SPAN)”

This session explores how the Space Academic Network (SPAN) is amplifying the voice of UK academia in national space policy. This session will explore SPAN’s mission, its collaborations with Government and Industry, and the policy themes it’s tackling in 2025, from the space environment, space data and national space capability.

Join us for a briefing on upcoming SPAN papers and insights into the work of its Space Environmental Group, followed by an open Q&A. I am keen to connect with academics contributing to the policy and frameworks that will govern the in-orbit economy — from sustainability and orbital debris to future ISAM capability development.

Through SPAN, we’re connecting research with regulation.
