We are gearing up for fall pre-sales in San Jose and have acquired additional land to grow the Nabr community.

It’s been one year since we announced Nabr’s first development, SoFA One, in Downtown San Jose. Since then, we have finished the design of the building, built a team of 25 people, signed up over 4,000 prospective residents, and created a people-first technology platform to transform the process of finding, designing and financing your home.

We’re now thrilled to announce an additional venture funding round led by 2150, the world’s leading urban technology investor. We have also acquired two additional development sites — SoFA Two and SoFA Three — all named after their location in San Jose’s historic arts and cultural district, South of First Area. The latest funds will allow us to double down on Nabr’s goal of providing more people with a path to owning a high-quality, environmentally friendly home in the city.

Sales for SoFA One will start this Fall, with ground-breaking slated for the end of the year. Sign up for access to Nabr’s developments in SoFA and beyond, as we continue to expand our footprint. A huge thank you to our waitlist members, who have already played a critical role in shaping the future of our company.

Stay tuned for more announcements in the Fall!
