NaijaHacks goes fully digital!

We are excited to announce that all components of NaijaHacks are going fully Digital by Design. When Uchi Uchibeke, Founder of NaijaHacks, started NaijaHacks in April 2018, his vision was to have NaijaHacks be Digital by Design. The 2018 and 2019 NaijaHacks editions happened virtually with only the demo day being in person at Zone Tech Park, Lagos, Nigeria.

As the demo day component of NaijaHacks joins the core Hackathon to be fully digital, we recently made changes to our organizing team, including the management company, Zuida Technologies Ltd. All components of NaijaHacks and the NaijaHacks brand will move from Zuida Technologies Ltd. We remain flexible and continue to evaluate the roles and skills needed to ensure the most impactful, exciting, and best NaijaHacks possible.

We thank Blessing Thomas from Zuida Technologies, who officially joined the NaijaHacks planning team after NaijaHacks 2018, and the entire 2018 and 2019 team for the work they did to plan the in-person physical component of NaijaHacks 2018 and 2019.
