OPI Texas Shooters Colection

Ride em’ cowboys!

This collection features a shimmery blue polish, a bright red, and a silvery grey polish. I think that these colors are great for the fourth of July and any other holidays were it is appropriate to wear red, white, and blue. The colors in this collection are really nice, but are very close to other colors I have. The formula for this polish is very thin, so you need multiple coats of the polish. If you don’t like to spend a long time on doing your nails, I would not recommend these for you. Overall, pretty good collection!

(Excuse my messy painting.)

This first color is a really nice bright red. You can darken it by putting more coats of polish, but for colors like these I like to keep it nice and light. This whole collection looks like it is more for the summertime, but this is the one color that when I painted it on really screamed ‘beach’.

This color is a really pretty shimmery blue. It is really similar to my favorite polish. This is a really interesting color to me because when you only have a little bit on your nails, it you turn the polish away from the sun, you can’t really see the polish. You have to put many coats on to get it to the darkness I have in this photo.

This is my favorite color in the collection. It is a really pretty silvery grey that is good for autumn and winter. I would wear this in October or November because it is not really a bright color like the other ones. I would say that this polish was probably the most opaque in one coat.

Like I said, this is a good collection overall. My only complaint is that the formula is really thin. This collection is a mini collection, so it has mini bottles of polish. It comes with a topcoat. I actually got this collection in South Carolina, not in Texas. I don’t know if they sell this collection in other places though. The colors are really pretty in this collection, I’m sure you could make a great manicure with these.
