Expressions @ NAIZ

Each expression is an utterance your NAIZ personality will use to chat with your users. Your personality has expressions by default (depending on the personality traits it has) and the ones you create (in “New expression”).

New expression

An expression can be a text utterance, or an image or GIF (providing a URL). It can contain emojis and patterns such as {name}. All the expressions are classified by personality trait, NAIZ intent (more info here) and mood state.

An expression must be classified by a NAIZ intent (more info below).

What is a pattern?

Some expressions have patterns (e.g., {location}) that are filled by the current information provided in the personality profile (the one that you completed in the “Personality” tab).

For example, the expression “I was crafted at {location}” contains the pattern {location} and it will be filled by “London”.

There are also patterns that are not filled with the profile information. All patterns and how the information is filled is shown below:
